Training packages are available to fit your needs. Are you the type that likes having someone there to push you through your workout? I can meet with you one-on-one for a month, a week, or only a few sessions. Don't want one-on-one training? I can simply design an at home or do it yourself gym program to meet your fitness goals. All you really need is motivation!
Group Fitness Classes
We offer group cardio classes six days per week. Our intense bootcamp class will keep you fit and motivated, with lots of fun and challenging routines. We also have step aerobics for those of you who enjoy a choreographed type of class. Schedule can be found below and is subject to change. First class is free, so you've got nothing to lose!
Mini Bootcamp (30 minutes)
Mon thru Fri at 12:00;
Bootcamp (1 hour)
Mon, Wed, and Fri at 4:15 and 5:15;
Step Aerobics (1 hour)
Tues and Thurs at 5:30 and Sat at 10:00 a.m.
